Choosing between IGNITE and ASCEND really comes down to your goals and how often you plan to work out.
IGNITE gives you access to earn Box Levels 1–3 (0–120 FXP).
If you typically complete 1–3 workouts per week—up to about 15 per month—IGNITE is a great fit.
ASCEND unlocks Box Levels 2–5 (0–200 FXP).
If you expect to hit 4+ workouts per week (16+ per month), you’ll benefit more from ASCEND.
If you’re looking for an extra push to stay consistent or level up your routine, ASCEND can be an excellent built-in motivator.
