What is FENXX?

FENXX (pronounced Phoenix) is a fitness-driven subscription box you earn through your workouts. You complete workouts, collect FXP (FENXX Points), and unlock higher-level boxes packed with fitness gear, wellness items, snacks, and motivational extras.

How do I earn my box?

Simply connect your Strava account to your FENXX profile. Every valid workout earns FXP, and your monthly FXP determines which box level you unlock.

How does FXP work?

You earn 10 FXP for each qualifying workout.

Qualifying workouts:
- 30 minutes minimum
- 1 workout per day counts
- Any type of workout activity counts

Your monthly FXP resets on the 1st of every month. Your lifetime FXP continues to grow as long as you are subscribed.

What workouts count?

Any activity Strava classifies as a workout that lasts 30 minutes or longer -- running, strength training, walking, cycling, HIIT, hiking, swimming, etc.

Do I have to use Strava?

Yes. Strava is required to track and verify your workouts for points. You'll connect it during account setup.

Strava syncs with over 200 apps and devices, so it is likely your app already integrates.

Isn't Strava just for tracking runs?

Not anymore. Strava supports more than 40 different activity types—including strength training, walking, cycling, rowing, yoga, HIIT, and more. Most fitness apps and wearables can sync directly to Strava, so your workouts are logged automatically. If your activity isn’t listed, you can also add it manually.

How many box levels are there?

The available box levels are dependent on the Tier you are subscribed to.

Ignite Tier gives you access to box levels 1-3.

Ascend Tier gives you access to all the box levels (levels 1-5).

The more points you earn, the higher the box level and more premium items.

What if I don't/can't complete any workouts in a month?

We understand things happen and there may be months when you can't get any workouts in. We hope it is because you are spending a month vacationing in Italy. However, no matter the reason, you will still earn the EMBER level box. This box level doesn't require any points, so you will get it even if you don't complete any workouts in the month.

What are the points required for the different level boxes?

EMBER (0-79 FXP) = Up to 7 workouts a month
FLAME (80-119 FXP) = 8 to 11 workouts a month
BLAZE (120-159 FXP) = 12 to 15 workouts a month
INFERNO (160-199 FXP) = 16 to 19 workouts a month
REBIRTH (200+ FXP) = 20 or more workouts a month

What is the difference between the IGNITE and ASCEND tiers?

The IGNITE tier gives you access to earn up to a Level 3 (BLAZE) box.

The ASCEND tier gives you access to earn up to the highest Level 5 (REBIRTH) box.

*Note: With the IGNITE membership you max out at a level 3 box but can continue to earn points during the month toward your lifetime FXP.

Can I change my box level mid-month?

Ready to rise higher? You can upgrade to the ASCEND box at any time during the month.
To request the change, submit a message through the Contact Us page before the end of the month.
Once processed, you’ll see a credit for your IGNITE box followed by a new charge for the ASCEND box.

Please note: Changes from ASCEND to IGNITE cannot be processed mid-month.
These requests will take effect at the beginning of the following month.

What is in each box?

The contents of the boxes vary by month and by level. Each month's contents will revolve around a central theme. However, based on the level, each box will have at a minimum the following items:

EMBER - Custom vinyl sticker, 2-3 snacks, 2-3 hydration items, a full-sized drink, and a special themed item.

FLAME - Custom vinyl sticker, 2-3 snacks, 2-3 hydration items, a full-sized drink, a special themed item, and a wellness item.

BLAZE - Custom vinyl sticker, 2-3 snacks, 2-3 hydration items, a full-sized drink, a special themed item, a wellness item, and a gear item.

INFERNO - Custom vinyl sticker, 2-3 snacks, 2-3 hydration items, a full-sized drink, a special themed item, a wellness item, a gear item, and a custom shirt.

REBIRTH - Custom vinyl sticker, 2-3 snacks, 2-3 hydration items, a full-sized drink, a special themed item, a wellness item, a gear item, a custom shirt, and a collectible challenge coin.

Shipping & Returns

When will my box ship?

Your box ships on the 10th of the month following your completed FXP cycle.
You’ll have until the 5th of the month to submit any requests for missing FXP.

E.g. You earn points Jan 1-31st. Your earned box from January will ship by the 10th of February.

If you’re an Eternal subscriber, your first box ships immediately, with future boxes sent on the 10th of each month.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we currently ship within the United States and Canada.
We’re actively working to expand to more countries soon.

What's your return/refund policy?

Once a box has shipped, we’re unable to accept returns.

If there’s an issue with your box, please reach out through the Contact Us page or support@fenxx.store and include a photo of the issue and the uncensored shipping label.

Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to make things right.

Refunds:
Refunds are available within 7 days of billing.

How do I pause/cancel my subscription?

You’re in control —pause or cancel your subscription anytime from your Account page.

How do I view my FXP?

After logging into your account, you’ll see your monthly FXP listed at the top of the page in your FXP progress bar.

You can also see your Monthly and Lifetime FXP on your account page.

What if I do two separate workouts of 15 minutes?

Our system is set up to only accept workouts that are 30 minutes or longer. If you decide to split your workouts during the day, make sure at least one of the workouts is 30 minutes or longer so you can receive credit for the workout.

I am missing FXP. What do I do?

Missing FXP? No worries — here’s what to do:

First check:

- That your Strava account is connected to your FENXX account page.
- Your workout is not set to "private".
- The duration is 30+ minutes.

If a workout still isn't showing complete the following:

1. Open your Strava account and make sure your workout appears there.
2. If it’s missing, go to Settings → Manage Apps and Devices → Connected Service → Import the missing activity.
3. It may take up to an hour for your workout to sync with your FENXX dashboard.

If it still hasn’t appeared after 24 hours, send us a message through Contact Us or FXP@fenxx.store with:

  • A screenshot of the workout (showing date + duration)
  • Your login email

We’ll make sure your FXP is credited correctly.

I use a different App to track my workouts. How can I track my FXP?

Right now, Strava is our only connected service — but the good news is that most workout apps link directly to it!
Just create a free Strava account, then:

  • Go to Settings → Manage Apps and Devices → Connect a New Device to Strava, or
  • Connect your app to Strava directly through its integration menu.

Once your workouts sync to Strava, they’ll flow automatically into your FENXX dashboard.

My fitness App doesn't sync to Strava. Can I still earn FXP?

Strava is the required tracking method for FENXX so that we can calculate FXP consistently for all members.

If your preferred fitness app doesn't sync to Strava, you can still get credit for your workout!

Just email FXP@fenxx.store with a screenshot of the completed session that clearly shows:
- The date
- The duration (30+ minutes)

We will manually add your FXP for that day.

Note: Only one workout per day can earn FXP. To keep the FENXX leaderboard fair, manually submitted workouts may be reviewed for authenticity.

What is the FXP Fair Play Policy?

FENXX uses Strava to automatically track your workouts. For fairness, only authentic workouts should be synced. If something doesn't sync correctly, email FXP@fenxx.store with a screenshot form your tracking app and we will get it corrected.

Workouts must be real, human-performed sessions that meet the time criteria. Any attempt to inflate FXP or manipulate tracking may result in losing eligibility for rewards.

What are lifetime FXP and how are they used?

Lifetime FXP never reset as long as you remain subscribed to FENXX.

They accumulate month over month and unlock exclusive milestone rewards reserved for long-term members. Keep stacking FXP to work toward the ultimate, members-only reward.
