The System

1 • Complete Workouts

Do your workouts

Any workout counts as long as it’s 30 minutes or longer. Walks, runs, strength, classes — it all counts.

Max 1 workout per day.

2 • Automatic Tracking

We track them automatically

FENXX connects with Strava to log workouts for you. No manual entry. No guessing. No “did that count?”

3 • Earn FXP

Earn FXP for showing up

Each valid workout earns FXP (points). FXP accumulate throughout the month based on how much you train.

Consistency is the metric — not intensity.

4 • Unlock Your Box

Unlock your monthly box level

At the end of the month, your FXP determine which box level you unlock. The more consistent you are, the better the box.

Boxes ship on the 10th of the following month.
